Period to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, calculated from the date of receipt of the equipment. This provision applies to both private and professional customers.
If the professional equipment purchased does not meet your needs, Kitchen CHR grants you a legal period of 14 days to return, at your expense, the unsuitable items. This period begins from the actual date of receipt of the goods.
Eligibility Criteria
This withdrawal right applies to:
- ▸ Equipment in perfect resalable condition only (all components included, never used, no damage)
- ▸ Items on promotion or clearance
This withdrawal right does not apply to:
- ▸ Custom-made or personalized equipment
- ▸ Specific components purchased on special request
- ▸ Refurbished or second-hand equipment
- ▸ Hygiene items whose packaging has been opened
- ▸ Professional leasing financing arrangements (binding commitment)

- ✓ Payment will be made using the original payment method or via professional credit.
- ! Please note: Return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

- ✓ Without damage, free from marks of use
